Part of my role as CEO of Identità, the Government Agency responsible for identity management, immigration processes, and civil registrations is leading organisational reform and improving operational systems. Safeguarding our clients’ identities and the nation’s security is of utmost importance.

With over 25 years of service in the military, my leadership style is strongly shaped by that experience, with a clear focus on discipline, structure, and accountability.

In my role as CEO of Identità, I combine strategic leadership with hands-on public service management and policy implementation. My responsibility is to ensure that the agency operates efficiently and effectively, while continuously adapting to evolving national and international demands.
