I have spent the last 10+ years in commercial business, as an entrepreneur or in corporation, focusing on proposition enhancement, value management and customer facing processes.

  • 2016 – 2018: Senior Manager, Partnering and Business Development, (Deutsche Telekom, USA) - In charge of discovering new and innovative partnering opportunities for DT Europe, assessing their business models and potential market entrance strategies. Responsible for B2C area including Digital Care and Sales, Seamless Connectivity, Core Communications and Household/FMC Products
  • 2018 – Present: Chief Customer Experience Officer, Board Member, GO plc - Responsible for revenue and EBITDA delivery in B2C segment


  • 2006 – 2009: Director / Founder Isa Tim d.o.o., Zagreb - Provider of high & low voltage installations
  • 2009 – 2011: Senior Reporting and Sales Analysis Specialist, Hrvatski Telekom, Zagreb - (Co)created > 250 reports with daily, weekly, monthly frequency including ad hoc requests, based on marketing and sales, fixed and mobile KPIs. Implemented value management concept within the company, subscriber steering logic on both value and volume (“green field” concept set up and roll out)
  • 2011 – 2015: Senior Manager, Segment Marketing, Bonn - Optimised marketing and segment strategies, designed propositions and go-to-market approaches countries-wide (e.g. optimisation of SIM only/handset portfolio in NL) - Best-in-Class Market Invest Steering Project across EU subsidiaries.
  • 2015 – 2016: Head of Staff (Commercial Excellence, DT B2C E, Bonn) - Contributed to execution of commercial and strategic initiatives to ensure year-end target over-performance in 2015/2016 (€7+ billion in revenue in total) - Co-created the new Commercial strategy resulting in implementation of B2C restructure across six new competence centres and led the implementation of the restructure.
