Pierre Paul is celebrating 15 years working for the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), starting off his journey as an Analyst within the Banking Supervision team in 2005.

Since then, he has progressed to on-site inspections, and currently holds the position of Deputy Head in charge of Policy and Financial Institutions Supervision.

Mr Gauci said that “it was highly motivating knowing that change was a constant throughout my career at the MFSA”.

He expressed pride at “living the MFSA core values of reliability and trustworthiness”.

Mr Gauci has also been appointed as a high-level alternate member of the European Banking Authority Board of Supervisors, gaining exposure to international working groups made possible by the MFSA.
