Malta-founded artificial intelligence company EBO.ai is expanding into North America through a strategic partnership with MedBridge North America, marking a significant step in its international growth trajectory.
Under the partnership, MedBridge will serve an authorised reseller of EBO solutions, with the collaboration focusing on developing scalable go-to-market strategies, securing early deployments across multiple sectors, and building a sustainable long-term growth pipeline.
Meanwhile, EBO will provide techincal enablement, solution demonstrations and commercial guidance as it seeks to secure the successful adoption of its AI-powered solutions across the region.
Founder and CEO Gege Gatt described the move as “an important milestone” for the company, as it establishes a new route to market across the United States and Canada. Early deployments and pipeline growth are already being targeted for the second quarter of 2026.
The partnership builds on EBO.ai’s track record across the UK, where it serves 19 NHS Trusts, Europe, and the Middle East, where its AI-driven platform has been deployed in complex, highly regulated environments. The company’s expansion into North America is expected to accelerate adoption of its solutions, particularly within healthcare and financial services.
EBO.ai said the collaboration will enable organisations in both markets to leverage its AI technology to streamline operations and improve customer engagement. “Built on proven success across multiple regions, EBO’s AI is designed to operate in complex, regulated environments and now brings that capability to the US and Canadian markets,” the company noted.
According to its website, MedBridge’s “proven track record of success, deep industry knowledge, and an extensive network of strategic partners” positions it as a key enabler for companies looking to overcome the regulatory and distribution challenges of the healthcare sector.
Mark Des Roches, Founder and Managaing Director of MedBridge North America, said: “We’re proud to be partnering with EBO. The company’s AI-driven solutions are setting new standards in AI adoption and innovation, and we’re excited to help bring these capabilities to the US and Canadian markets. This partnership allows both our organisations to make a tangible impact on customer service, patient care and operational efficiency.”
For his part Dr Gatt pointed out that "while healthcare challenges are universal, system structures differ. That’s why EBO has designed a flexible solution that adapts seamlessly to both public and private healthcare models across different countries and cultures."
The tech founder added: "Our goal has always been to ensure technology is practical, relevant, and meaningful for clinicians and patients alike. This ethos extends to the financial services sector which has similar opportunities for AI optimisation.”
