Diane Bonello has been appointed Chief People Officer at PANTA, a building services engineering company.
With over a decade of experience in human resource management and a year of contributions at PANTA, Ms Bonello now brings her expertise to the executive team.
In her new role, Ms Bonello will “spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee welfare, engagement, and development,” said the company in a statement.
Over the past year, her "strategic vision has driven significant progress in these areas," including the implementation of development programs and well-being initiatives.
Ms Bonello’s "forward-thinking plans" include strengthening diversity and inclusion, refining talent acquisition strategies, and fostering leadership growth across the organisation, it added.
Reflecting on her appointment, Ms Bonello stated, “working with such a talented team over the past year has been an incredible journey.
“Together, we are creating a workplace that nurtures and values its people while driving excellence. I am passionate about developing our workforce to ensure PANTA remains a leader in cultivating top talent.”
