Two beauty retail closures in 2 days have marked the end of physical retail for the NYX brand in Malta.
NYX Cosmetics announced that it has closed its stores in Sliema, stating: “Sadly we must say goodbye to NYX on our islands. We have now closed our stores in Sliema. You may contact us on Paloma Cosmetics Ltd should you wish to grab hold of your favourite product.”
The announcement follows closely on the heels of the closure of Roseberry’s outlet on Republic Street, Valletta. Its closure came after more than ten years operating from the heart of the capital.
Roseberry was one of the local retailers carrying the NYX makeup line, alongside other beauty brands, and also offered beauty treatments and makeup services from its Valletta premises.
Despite the closure of both physical retail outlets, customers can still access NYX products locally through Paloma Cosmetics Ltd, which continues to distribute the brand in Malta and Gozo.
