MaltaPost has informed its customers that the SendOn service from Hong Kong has been suspended with immediate effect.
In an email sent out to customers, MaltaPost explained that it will be coordinating the final deliveries from the Hong Kong hub, and urged customers who have recently placed orders – which are not yet appearing within their SendOn Hong Kong account – to contact Customer Care within 24 hours.
Customers are being asked to reach out via telephone on 2122 4421 or by email at [email protected] to ensure any outstanding deliveries can be processed.
Despite the suspension of the Hong Kong service, MaltaPost confirmed that SendOn services from its other five international hubs – Germany, Italy (Milan and Sicily), the United Kingdom, and the USA – will continue to operate normally.
