The Malta Stock Exchange and MaltaPost plc have announced the latter’s latest acquisition.

MaltaPost plc has announced it received regulatory approval for a proposed change in the shareholding structure of Untours Insurance Agency Limited, effectively resulting in MaltaPost plc acquiring 49% of the share capital of Untours Insurance Agency Limited.

Untours Insurance, located in Old Bakery Street Valletta, offers home and motor insurance.
