On Friday 30th January 2026, Malta Business School celebrated its annual Graduation Ceremony, honouring 88 graduates who successfully completed their qualifications. The graduates who attended in person were joined by family, friends, faculty, and international guests, creating a warm and celebratory atmosphere.
Graduates completed programmes including the Level Six Bachelor and Top Degree in Business and Management with Chartered Management Institute (CMI) accreditation, Level Five Diplomas in Business and Management, and ATHE qualifications at Level Six and Seven in Project Management, Coaching and Strategic Management.
Representing the student voice in her speech, the highest achiever on the Bachelor’s in Business and Management programme, Kim Pace, shared that “in a world full of tools that give easy answers, real growth comes from analysing, questioning, sharing, and challenging ideas.”
During the reception, Theodisia Grech also reflected on the programme’s impact, noting that “what we learn during lectures, I apply directly in my role, and it has helped me grow professionally while managing work, studies, and family life.”
A highlight of the event was the address by Alex Birks, CEO of ATHE, accompanied by Denise Weir, Deputy CEO and Head of Partnerships and Projects who flew in from the UK for this special occasion. He congratulated graduates on earning UK government-regulated and internationally recognised qualifications and commended Malta Business School for achieving ATHE High Performing Centre status.
Emna Ghamgui, a graduate of the ATHE Level Seven Diploma in Strategic Management, emphasised the supportive learning environment, sharing that “they always gave us support, even outside of the classroom.”
The Dean, Lorenzo Mulè Stagno concluded by highlighting the value of critical thinking, applied knowledge, and professional networks, encouraging graduates to remain connected through the MBS Alumni Association. As Kim Pace stated in her speech, “we stand here not only as graduates, but as friends. Friends who inspired each other to become better versions of ourselves.”
