Karl Chapman has been appointed Operations Manager at Horizon Projects Malta Limited.

He announced his new role through a social media post on Saturday, reading: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Operations Manager at Horizon Projects Ltd Malta!”

Mr Chapman has a wide range of experience in the construction industry, having also worked as Contracts Manager and Project Manager at Matthew James Mercieca Design Architects for almost two years.

He has also worked with several construction companies in the United Kingdom, such as DSD Construction and Buckingham Group Contracting Limited.

Mr Chapman recently graduated and became a Chartered Construction Manager with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), something he described as being a “lifelong professional development goal” of his, with him now aiming to become a Fellow Member of the CIOB as well as a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Manager Institute (CMI) and the Association for Project Management (AMP).

Horizon Projects Malta is a construction company specialising in design, turnkey and project management, as well as providing several other services, with their headquarters in Birkirkara while also having a branch in Sliema.
