Hermione Arciola is a Partner at KPMG Malta, where she leads the Deal Advisory team, which she joined in 2007. Throughout her career, Ms Arciola has gained extensive experience supporting both local and international clients, including family businesses across a wide range of industries.

Her expertise covers valuation, mergers and acquisitions, financing, strategy, and the development of business and turnaround plans. She has also played a leading role in local and cross-border vendor and buy-side due diligence assignments for clients operating in various sectors.

Ms Arciola has been instrumental in helping clients secure both debt and equity finance through the local capital market. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from the University of Malta and an MSc in International Accounting and Finance from Cass Business School, London. To further support family businesses and address their unique challenges, she also obtained the STEP Advanced Certificate in Advising the Family Business.
