Italian restaurant Il Pirata has closed the doors of its Valletta outlet, with the company announcing that its next chapter will begin in St Julian’s later this month.
In a message shared on social media, the restaurant thanked its customers for their support over the years.
“We would like to sincerely thank all our guests for your support, loyalty, and the wonderful memories we’ve shared over the years,” the team wrote.
Meanwhile, the Owner and Director of the restaurant Claudio Spiteri Debono wrote: "What started as a dream has grown into something truly special, I couldn’t be more excited to be back where it all started."
While confirming the closure of its Valletta restaurant, Il Pirata said it is preparing to welcome diners to a new outlet in St Julian’s, which is expected to open later this month at Triq Paceville.
The restaurant also has locations in Mellieħa and Senglea.
