FJVA originally started in 1998 as Francis J. Vassallo & Associates Ltd, a corporate services provider company duly licensed and regulated under Malta Financial Service Authority (MFSA). Since then, through the incorporation of FJV Management Ltd (FJVM) and FJV Fiduciary Ltd (FJVF), both duly licensed, the Group has branched out into tax, trusts, foundations, regulatory advisory services and yacht registrations, amongst other services.

FJVA says that its vision has always been to become a one-stop-shop for clients whose international, multinational or multifaceted circumstances need a central advisory hub. Above all, FJVA prides itself in being a strictly independent firm run like a close-knit family business.

FJVA comprises highly-skilled professionals of different backgrounds, among which are internationally-qualified and practicing tax advisors, corporate lawyers and accountants.

This multi-lingual team, spread across the firm’s tax, legal and accounting divisions, keep a finger on the pulse of any new challenges and opportunities arising in the financial sector whilst also reacting dynamically and efficiently to market changes.

Although FJVA reacts enthusiastically to new market opportunities, and in doing so further enhances relations with existing clients, the founding ideology of FJVA remains carved in stone: only bona fide business is welcomed. Or, more emphatically, the relationship that grows with clients is based decisively on mutual honesty and ethics.

On the 20th anniversary of the firm’s operations, FJVA launched its Serviced Office initiative, which aims to support clients with an on-the-ground back-office and advisory presence located within, or close to, the firm’s head office.
