Brown’s Pharmacy, Malta’s largest retail pharmacy chain, has implemented a key leadership transition: Alexander Fenech shifts from Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) while Tiziana Ceci steps into the role of CEO

Ms Ceci, a pharmacist with an MBA from Henley, will report directly to Mr Fenech. She began her career at Brown’s as a student pharmacist and has since progressed through several management roles.

The company praised her as “a catalyst” for the organisation, noting her contributions in expanding the pharmacy network, attracting and nurturing talent and building high-performing teams.

Mr Fenech, one of Brown’s founding pharmacists, will now concentrate on guiding the group’s long-term strategic direction and identifying new avenues for sustainable growth.
