Belfast-based hospitality group Warren Collection has recently announced that it is planning to open new luxury serviced apartments in Msida, Malta.

The apartments, named Park Heights, are set to open in April 2023, combining the “luxury of a boutique hotel” with the “flexibility of an apartment rental”. The group says the studio apartments “effortlessly fuse style, functionality, and home comfort”, and are strategically located in Msida, right in the middle of Malta.

Warren Collection is a hospitality group with a number of luxury hotel residences in the United Kingdom that aims to “guarantee a warm welcome and an unforgettable living experience”. Launched in 2021, the group first embarked on redeveloping a townhouse in Belfast’s Malone Road into boutique accommodation. It has since set its sights on investment opportunities in the Mediterranean region, starting off with Malta.

Speaking to Northern Irish news portal The Irish News, Warren Collection Commercial Director Mark Docherty said that the group is “thrilled” to announce the opening of its first property in Malta.

Warren Collection Director David Warren added that he is “delighted” with the property’s location. “It is a short taxi ride to both Valletta and St Julian’s and with University of Malta and Mater Dei Hospital next door, it’s a perfect solution for both business and leisure traveller,” he said.
