Voting is now open for the 11th edition of Premju Servizz bi Tbissima, an initiative that recognises businesses that provide high-quality customer service and maintain strong relationships with consumers. The public can cast their votes until 14th July 2026, with one lucky voter set to win a €1,000 cash prize through a random draw.

Organised by the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA), the award aims to encourage good commercial practices while highlighting businesses that consistently place customer care at the centre of their operations.

This year's competition covers six categories:

  • Online Local Sellers
  • Fashion and Beauty
  • Supermarkets and Mini Markets
  • Electronic Products and Household Goods
  • Travel Services
  • Pet Shops and Gardening

Consumers aged 16 and over who reside in Malta can participate by voting for businesses they believe deserve recognition. Voters may nominate different companies within each category, although they cannot vote for the same company more than once in the same category. Each participant may submit up to 10 votes per category.

The competition is open to all locally based businesses that sell products or provide services directly to consumers within the selected categories. Businesses do not need to register to participate, as consumers can vote for any eligible company operating in Malta.

Companies are assessed against a code of conduct that covers the entire customer journey, including transparent pricing, complaint handling, after-sales service and compliance with consumer protection regulations. Businesses that fail to meet these standards may face vote deductions or disqualification during the vetting process.

The six category winners will be announced during an award ceremony scheduled for the final quarter of 2026. Winning businesses will receive a trophy, a certificate and the right to use the Premju Servizz bi Tbissima logo in their promotional material.

Meanwhile, consumers who cast their votes will automatically enter a draw to win €1,000.
