APS Funds SICAV plc has announced a dividend distribution of €1.85361 per share for the Class B EUR distributor shares of APS Income Fund.

The dividend will be paid on 30th January 2026 to the holders of the Investor Shares listed on the Company’s register as at the close of business on 31st December 2025.

APS Income Fund invests primarily in Malta government bonds and corporate funds listed on the Malta Stock Exchange, with Maltese assets constituting at least 85% of its investments.

The January 2026 dividend is very slightly down from its July 2025 dividend of €1.8629 per share, but up from its January 2025 dividend of €1.68034 per share.
