The newly-launched luxury hotel Iniala Harbour House, located on the St Barbara Bastion in Valletta, will be taking reservations for its restaurant, ION – The Harbour, for Thursday 5th November, onwards.

The restaurant promises to offer “a unique dining experience that ventures beyond the usual boundaries of fine dining”, according to its website.  

The dining experience has been seamlessly curated by acclaimed chef, Andrew Borg.

“Tweaked daily, our dinner menu offers a four-course à la carte experience embellished with delightful surprises along the way,” the website reads.

ION – The Harbour is open for breakfast seven days a week between 7am and 2pm, and for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday between 7pm and 9.30pm.

“Our utmost desire is to keep our guests happy from the moment they step foot in our restaurant, and for each flavour to linger on afterwards as a memory of an unparalleled meal and an unforgettable experience,” Chef Andrew Borg says.
