Darina Dubchak studied at the Institute of Tourism Studies, where she obtained a Diploma in Food & Beverage Operations. "While completing my studies, I began my career within luxury hospitality establishments," Ms Dubchak says, "building a strong foundation in service excellence, operations, and guest experience." This background provided valuable insight into her attention to detail and coordination required to deliver high-quality events.

She later transitioned into the events sector with Bastions View Ltd, where she currently works as a Sales Executive. "My hospitality experience allows me to approach weddings and events from both a logistical and guest-focused perspective, ensuring each celebration runs seamlessly," she shares.

Today, her focus is curating weddings and special occasions at Port Gillieru, the new seaside venue within the historic Gillieru – offering a distinctive setting that combines scenic views with a personalised planning approach to create memorable experiences for couples and their guests.
