Nadia Miceli brings over 15 years of extensive experience in financial leadership, regulatory stewardship, and strategic balance sheet management gained through a progressive career within BNF Bank. Having risen through the ranks at the Bank, she combines deep institutional knowledge with a strong command of regulatory finance, capital planning, and financial governance.

"I provide strategic direction across all financial control and regulatory reporting activities," she shares. Her end‑to‑end financial stewardship spans accounting, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, balance sheet management, and regulatory submissions.

Ms Miceli leads the development of the Bank’s forward‑looking financial framework, including financial projections, scenario analysis, and stress‑testing methodologies. "My work underpins the Bank’s capital and liquidity planning processes and supports Board and Executive Committee decision‑making with insights on profitability, capital adequacy, risk sensitivity, and financial resilience," she concludes.
