Maltese salad bar brand J’Oli has expanded beyond Malta for the first time with the opening of a franchised outlet in Paphos, Cyprus.
The outlet will be run by Maltese national Chantelle Mifsud, who is also Partner of the Cypriot real estate firm Euphestia, and her partner Vasko Stoyanof.
“They will be welcoming you with a smile, passion and a commitment to serving delicious food. We are very happy to have them leading our first location in Cyprus,” J’Oli said.
J’Oli was founded in 2013 by Oliver Borg and Jean Paul Cascun and currently has four local outlets – in St Julian’s, Msida, Marsa, and Mosta.
In 2024, the owners confirmed they plan to expand both nationally and internationally within the next five to ten years.
“Franchising will be a big part of this growth, allowing us to scale while maintaining the core principles that have made us successful,” they said.
