Mark Bondin began his career as a qualified nurse, spending several years working as an Operating Theatre Scrub Nurse before moving into Operating Theatre Management roles across both the public and private healthcare sectors.

“Over time, my growing interest in business and leadership led me to pursue further studies in the field, which eventually opened the door to a new career path in sales and business development,” he explains.

“In 2015, I joined Prohealth to lead the launch of its new Medical Devices Business Unit. During this time, I was instrumental in building and expanding the company’s presence across various therapeutic areas.”

Following Prohealth’s acquisition of TrioMed Ltd, Mr Bondin was entrusted with the leadership of TrioMed. Alongside this new role, he oversaw the integration of Prohealth’s Medical Devices Unit into TrioMed’s operations.

“Driven by the energy and experience of our team,” Mr Bondin notes, “my focus is on strengthening the core pillars that TrioMed is known for; reliability, service excellence, and technical support, while also expanding our footprint across public and private hospitals.”

“We’re not just growing our installed base of medical equipment but also diversifying into new therapeutic areas with high-quality consumables and innovative devices. At the same time, we’re investing heavily in digital health technologies, particularly healthcare enterprise informatics and remote patient monitoring.
