Victor Chetcuti took over Complete Supplies in October 2018 and started a restructuring exercise from the ground up. “Five years down the line, together with my team,” he says, “we positioned the company as a market leader in the office products segment.”

His career spans three decades, with experience in retail, wholesale and B2B.

He is glad to lead a team that has managed to reach and surpass targets even in the most challenging times. “I am always open for opportunities and I am a firm believer that when opportunities come your way, one must be ready to seize them,” Mr Chetcuti asserts.

With a strong focus on brands, he strives to come up with a line-up of proposals that is in line with clients’ expectations and aligned with market trends.
