Founded in December 2013, QuickLets is the largest letting agency on the island of Malta. It has more than 20,000 property owners registered on its system and offers the largest live letting database on the island, providing an efficient and friendly service focused around the client.

Zanzi Homes is the QLZH Group's specialised brand, focusing on the sale of real estate. Launched in April 2015, the company offers a fresh and diverse portfolio of properties to clients.

As synonymous with the QLZH Group, Zanzi Homes is a pioneer in launching new technologies in the Maltese real estate industry. In 2016, it was the first to introduce the use of virtual reality for property tours and viewing. It kept increasing the number of properties viewable in 3D.
