After being appointed Group PAC and HR Strategist, Stephen Bonnici has been providing support to the CEO in the formulation, implementation and maintenance of the HR strategy, objectives, policies, budgets and other related responsibilities.

With regards to his Public Affairs and Communications (PAC) duties, Stephen is responsible to provide strategic counsel on all issues relating to the public image and reputation of the company, the brands they represent, corporate, beverage category and ingredient reputation issues with a particular emphasis on regulatory and taxation issues.

Mr Bonnici also provides leadership and counsel within the company’s Incident Management Crises Resolution Team, ensuring effective management of incidents, identification and monitoring of potential issues in a manner that protects consumers, employees, the environment and also company assets.

He is in possession of a Master’s of Business Administration, General and Strategic Management, from the Maastricht School of Management and is a member of the HR Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Food and Beverages Processors Group within the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry.

The General Soft Drinks Co. Ltd is responsible for manufacturing a wide range of soft drinks across Malta for brands owned by The Coca‑Cola Company, including Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Fanta, Dr Pepper, Sprite, Schweppes and Kristal. It is also an independent Coca‑Cola bottler and the sole licensed bottler for TCCC products in Malta.
