Following her studies at the University in Malta, Steffi De Martino immediately began working within the group at ctPark whereby she was responsible for business development and marketing efforts.

“During my time there,” she explains, “I was focused on formulating strategies for growth within the organisation which included the bid for electric charging stations which was successfully awarded to ctPark and now operates as a sole company under the ctCharge brand. In 2021, I moved into KDM Investments to occupy the role of Director of Business Development which led me onto the formation of a new company under the brand of Martinu Homes,”

Together with her team, they operate over 20 properties in Malta and Gozo both for short and long lets.
