Kurt Micallef has joined the team and The Phoenicia Malta as a Senior Sous Chef.
Chef Micallef trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London and across Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe, including Belgium’s In De Wulf, where he built a classically French repertoire and developed a passion for locally sourced, exceptional food.
Years of hands-on experience followed, with senior posts in some of Malta’s most respected kitchens – Noni, Risette, Ion the Harbour and, most recently, Fernando’s.
