With a background in software engineering and over 10 years’ experience leading the bespoke software house Preeo Software, Mark Camilleri Gambinco-founded Talexio, a complete HR and payroll system with a mission to improve the organisational well-being of all its customers.

“Our passion for creating great software using best practices has led us to create a product that enables clear ROIs for our customers over the entire employee journey - from attracting candidates to hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, time and attendance, payroll and even offboarding,” he explains.

Mr Camilleri Gambin has always specialised in usability, the process of improving user experiences. “For us to be able to achieve our lofty goals,” he continues, “we have brought our software lifecycle akin to that of the manufacturing industry, with regular releases, very well-defined processes and an obsession with optimising any bottlenecks from the entire process. Coupled with a drive for constant improvement and innovation, I feel the sky's the limit as we look to export Talexio to global markets.”
