“I have been Managing Director of Mediterranean Insurance Brokers (Malta) Ltd and Director of other companies within the MIB Group since 2005,” Joseph G. Cutajar, who has over 35 years of experience in the insurance and risk management industry, says.

He served as Assistant to the Chairman and Company Secretary to the Board of Directors of Mediterranean Insurance Brokers (Malta) Ltd between 1991 and 1994. In 1995, Mr Cutajar became Managing Director of the local office of AON (Malta) Insurance Brokers and Risk Consultants and also Director of Aon Insurance Managers (Malta) Ltd.

He was appointed to sit on the SEMENA (South Europe, the Middle East and North Africa) Regional Board of Aon Group International in 2005. That same year he was also named Non-Executive Director of Enemalta Corporation, a position he held for nine years.
