With over 20 years in electronics manufacturing, Ian Vella has built strong expertise in production processes, technology integration, and operational management, with a focus on improving efficiency, quality, and workflow performance.

"At TrioMed, I am responsible for developing and enhancing operational systems, streamlining company processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across all departments to improve efficiency, performance, and organisational effectiveness," he shares.

The role also involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining high-quality standards, and coordinating with a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence.

Mr Vella holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Coventry University and Knights College, Malta, with a thesis exploring the impact of automated processes on employee motivation in the electronics manufacturing industry, along with a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
