Debono Group CEO Geoffrey Debono first joined the family business at age 21, has since been driving it to evolve into “one creating innovative solutions to solve society’s mobility challenges”.

“My goal is to see the business transition from selling cars to rides enabled by technology, reducing traffic congestion and pollution, thereby improving people’s quality of life,” he adds.

And, on his approach to internal company matters, the CEO says:

“Employees are our biggest asset and I continue to drive their engagement.”

Mr Debono is a graduate from the University of Malta and the London Business School in Business and Entrepreneurship.
