During his time working within the public sector, Francois Piccione navigated unprecedented challenges with confidence. “I developed my career at senior levels in the public sector across several cultures and markets, establishing a track record for delivering projects at levels of success ahead of expectations,” he asserts.

His approach to business combines strategic vision with motivational leadership and an ability to make change happen.

Prior to joining INDIS, Mr Piccione served as Chief Operations Officer at the Malta Digital Innovation Authority (MDIA). He graduated in business and computing from the University of Malta and obtained a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Derby.
