Daniel Bugeja is responsible for controlling the manufacturing operation, ensuring that production quality, efficiency and cost targets are met.

“My duties also include making sure all workers and departments meet the productivity and efficiency standards of the organisation and in accordance with incoming client orders. Furthermore, I monitor all aspects of the production process to see that all personnel and resources are properly allocated, improve performance using manufacturing best practices and foster and promote self-improvement in every individual,” he explains.
