Being particularly interested in property and management from a very young age, for Claudette Spiteri Petrovic, real estate and property development always seemed to be the preferred career direction.

“Now, with over 25 years of on-the-ground experience in this industry, I see this as my life’s calling,” she admits.

During her first years in this sector, she served as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of what she considers to be possibly the most-renowned real estate agency at the time. That role afforded her the opportunity of getting to grips with what the sector has to offer.

Ms Spiteri Petrovic then decided to move on to property development and management, taking a lead role in the coordination and management of one of the largest urban developments on the islands to date. “Since then, I have always strived to further advance in the industry, working in both real estate and property development,” she asserts.

As Chief Operations Officer at MB Investments Ltd she continuously seeks to achieve a symbiosis between the processes of property development, real estate and management.
