Christopher Vella co-founded Exacta Solutions in 2019 following several years as Director and Chief Operating Officer of an international group specialising in recruitment, training, and consulting services. 

Exacta Solutions focuses on executive recruitment and mergers and acquisitions brokerage, working with clients across Asia, Europe, the United States, and Latin America.
