Carlo Mifsud is an experienced Management, Finance, and ICT specialist with wide ranging experience in implementing new and re-engineering IT systems, business analysis, systems and process reviews as well as project management across various industries and different countries.

“I am a team player with experience in leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget,” he says.

Mr Mifsud is a Board Member and a former Chief Executive Officer of the Lands Authority as well as former CEO of a manufacturing company. He is also an Executive Director of a leading electricity producing company.

“I am passionate about sports,” he notes. He serves as Vice-President, Administration and Development, of the Aquatic Sports Association of Malta and is a member of the Ligue Européenne de Natation’s Technical Masters Committee.
