Anthony Gauci joined Enemalta Corporation in 1990 as an engineer, gaining experience in various areas including network planning, procurement and new projects related to the distribution section.

He then worked for a number of years as Area Engineer for the south of Malta, obtaining experience on the low, medium and high voltage network.

“After I completed my MBA, I formed part of the Integrated Utilities Business Services as Project Manager for automated metering. A very motivating role I had during this period was that of Service Manager,” Mr Gauci recalls.

As Senior Manager for Billing and IT with ARMS Ltd, he was heavily involved in a number of projects including a new telephony system for the company, a Sap Business Warehouse upgrade and a portal redesign.

As Chief Officer Billing, he now focuses his attention on the billing aspects of ARMS Ltd.

ARMS Ltd is a private limited liability company set up as a joint venture between Enemalta Corporation and the Water Services Corporation. Its mission is to provide a range of specialist services to the Maltese community on behalf of its business owners and partners, within the remit of the utility retail and supply sector.

The company strives to increase the business value of its business owners and partners by identifying and managing opportunities of revenue growth, continually improving the quality and efficiency of the services it provides and maximising its capital utilisation.
