Having joined Alter Domus in September 2012, Andrea Debattista leads the shipping and aviation initiatives within the Malta office and also leads a portfolio of clients across different segments such as private equity, real estate, corporates and high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) within a team of over 30 professionals who are specifically dedicated to servicing clients in these markets. He also plays an active role within the business development and relationship management function for the Malta office.

“My professional experience includes sitting on various boards of both local and foreign entities such as private equity funds with end investments in markets such as pharmaceuticals, shipping, aviation, commodity trading and real estate,” he asserts.

His primary role on these boards is to advise the client on financial and strategic matters and to ensure the smooth administration of the entities in their relative jurisdictions.

Upon joining Alter Domus, Mr Debattista had the opportunity to work within the Luxembourg and London offices, specifically on various private equity, real estate and corporate structures.
