Adrian Muscat is Executive Chairman of Acmus p.l.c., bringing over two decades of experience in property development, project delivery, and investment strategy.

“At Acmus, I take a hands-on leadership role to ensure every project is executed with precision – from early site evaluation through to final handover,” he says.

Having begun his career as a property consultant before moving into project management, Mr Muscat has developed a deep understanding of what makes a development succeed.

“In 2001, I co-founded GAP Holdings Ltd, which has grown into one of Malta’s most prolific residential development companies,” he explains. “My work there helped establish a model of scale-driven housing development that remains influential in the market today.”

Alongside his role at Acmus, Mr Muscat is also the sole beneficial owner and director of JUEL Holdings Ltd, a private company through which he manages a wide-ranging portfolio of properties across Malta. These investments span residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors – including the Hyatt Centric hotel, which launched in late 2024.
