On Friday (today), the Directors of VJ Salomone Group have announced that with effect from 1st July 2023 the Group appointed; Edward Camilleri as Director of VJ Salomone Consumer Lines Ltd, Gordon Grima Baldacchino as Director of VJ Salomone Marketing Ltd, Jackie Mangion as Director of VJ Salomone Pharma Ltd and Michael Balzan as Director of SG Solutions Ltd.

A spokesperson for the VJ Salomone Group stated that Mr Camilleri, Mr Grima Baldacchino, Ms Mangion and Mr Balzan “are top notch professionals who have proven themselves in leadership roles” within the respective companies forming part of the VJ Salomone Group.

“Edward, Gordon, Jackie and Michael have brought invaluable added value to our organisation,” stated the spokesperson. He added that their appointment to the various boards is in keeping with the Group’s philosophy to engage key management personnel in the strategic direction of the Group.

As the VJ Salomone Group approaches its 100th anniversary, it expressed its belief that it is privileged to have on board “such highly regarded professionals who will undoubtedly consolidate” the company’s position as one of Malta’s leading importation and distribution companies of various brands including P&G, Apple, Dell, Novartis, Beiersdorf, Coty, Abbott, Ricoh and Hills among others.
