Saġġar has seen another ‘tree partner’ added to the list, after it was announced that Together Gaming would be sponsoring the NGO.

Saġġar is attempting to reach a goal of one million trees planted over the next 10 years, and already as the backing of other ‘tree partners’ such as Betsson Group and Firetech ltd.

Last March, the CEO of Together Gaming, Erik Sharp, together with the company’s Managing Director came together with the founder of ACT, Claude Ebejer, to discuss an agreement about how the former can assist in making Malta’s future greener.

NGO ACT, and QuickLets and Zanzi Home (QLZH) Foundation are the founders of Saġġar.

Following discussions, Together Gaming Solutions donated a cheque of €5,000 to partially cover the cost of planting one million trees over the next 10 years.

The company’s managing director, Benjamin Delsinger, said that when considering Together Gaming Group is a local listed entity in Malta and a subsidiary of an iGaming Group for the past five year, the organisation cares deeply about the future of the island.

QLZH co-founder Steve Mercieca thanked the company for its donation and said the donation came at a crucial time for the project.
