The Founder of Tableo and Bookia has extended an offer of assistance to restaurants across Malta and Gozo that suffered damage following the recent storm.
In a video shared on social media, Jonathan Azzopardi Frantz explained that his companies are reaching out to food and beverage operators who were impacted over the past two days, inviting restaurant owners – or those aware of affected establishments – to come forward so they can be contacted directly.
The initiative is aimed at providing practical support to businesses dealing with storm-related disruptions, particularly those facing operational or booking challenges as a result of the damage sustained.
Mr Azzopardi Frantz has also informed industry bodies, including the Malta Hotels and Restaurants Association and the Association of Catering Establishments, encouraging them to relay the message to their members. Restaurants requiring assistance will be offered access to the companies’ services without any obligations attached.

The move comes as several hospitality operators continue to assess the impact of the storm, which caused flooding, water ingress and structural damage in a number of coastal and low-lying areas.
