Business Profile

I am an accountant by profession and possess an Auditor's Practising Certificate issued in Malta. I have 15 years’ experience in the financial services sector, mainly in banking. Up to July 2018, I served as Chief Accounting Officer at HSBC Bank Malta plc. Prior to that, I occupied senior management positions, responsible for finance at Banif Bank (Malta) plc and Volksbank Malta Group. Before moving into banking in 2003, I worked in audit and business advisory at MSD & Co. (Arthur Andersen) and Ernst & Young.

In 2018, I set up my own practice and a year later incorporated Embark (Malta) Limited, focusing on providing business advisory services both in the financial and regulatory spheres as well as accounting advice and support. I am also serving as a director of several listed and regulated locally registered entities, one of them with international exposure.
