Business Profile

I am the Chief Operating Officer of Fonicom, a leading end-to-end ICT systems integrator, managed service provider and software development house having a presence in Malta, India and The Netherlands, servicing customers across the globe.

I joined the company in 2013 and have been instrumental in the exponential growth, including expansion into new areas of business as well as the building of new teams, where I have also overseen the implementation of initiatives such as Raiseaticket, a cloud-based helpdesk solution, amongst others.

I currently manage the operations and administration of the companies within the group, to which I also serve as company secretary.
