The Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA) has paid tribute to one of its long-standing employees, Tonio Polidano, who recently passed away.
In a heartfelt message shared on social media, the agency described him as a valued member of the MITA family, whose dedication, kindness, and commitment left a lasting impact on colleagues and the organisation as a whole.
In a public post, MITA stated, "He was not only a valued member of our MITA family but also a dedicated professional whose hard work, generosity, and commitment left a profound impact on everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him."
Mr Polidano was remembered not just for his professional contributions but also for his warm and generous nature.
MITA further expressed its sorrow, saying, "His kindness and warmth resonated with all who knew him, and his contributions will always be remembered. Though he may no longer be with us, his legacy will continue to inspire us for years to come. Rest in peace, Tonio – you will be deeply missed."
