Michele Agius has been named Social Media Manager of nightlife brand Hï Ibiza owned by entertainment company The Night League.
Mr Agius made the announcement through social media on Monday, saying: “Absolutely ecstatic to announce that I’ve joined one of the biggest #nightlife brands The Night League, as Social Media Manager of Hï Ibiza.”
Through the post, he added that “After a two-year hiatus, a mind-blowing summer awaits in #Ibiza and I can’t wait to be a part of it.”
“To work on such a project is absolutely a dream come true,” he concluded.
Mr Agius is highly experienced in marketing, having worked as Head of Marketing and Design at Gianpula Village for more than four years. He has also garnered several years of experience as a freelance marketer and graphic designer.
Additionally, he is also a freelance photographer with over 13 years of experience, having been entrusted by numerous brands, including Visit Malta, Radisson Malta and McDonalds Malta.
He recently made headlines for a post on social media where he criticised dolphins being in captivity in Malta despite being so close to the sea, coupling the post with images he captured of dolphins in the Mediterraneo Marine Park.
Hï Ibiza is a nightclub brand in Ibiza, Spain, that was created by The Night League in 2017, describing itself as an experience that “brings together world-class DJs and breakthrough artists in an immersive, multi-sensory environment, devised with the clubber in mind.”
The Night League covers a wide range of areas, from creative and strategy, to production and marketing, with its “drive and passion for delivering high-class, flawless entertainment experiences” making it “a music industry powerhouse”.
