Malta’s bakery chain Maypole has announced the passing of one of its employees, Vince Cilia, in a heartfelt tribute shared on social media.
"Earlier today, we bid farewell to our dear colleague, Vince Cilia. As we extend our sincere condolences to his family, we also take this moment to express our gratitude for the dedication he showed in the workplace," the company wrote.
Maypole described Mr Cilia as a hardworking and respectful individual who left a lasting impression on his colleagues: "You will be remembered for your strong work ethic and the respect you always demonstrated in the workplace. Rest in peace, dear colleague," the tribute concluded.
