The Global Chamber of Business Leaders announced on Sunday the appointment of Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca to its board of advisors.

Ms Coleiro Preca has previously served as President of Malta, Member of Parliament, and Minister of Family and Social Solidarity.

The chamber describes her as having a “personal commitment to impact and empowering women and youth”, and celebrates her founding of the Malta Foundation for the Wellbeing of Society, the Malta Trust Foundation, and The President’s Secret Garden.

The Global Chamber of Business Leaders is a coalition of C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, investors, governmental and industry leaders working to promote their vision of “the sustainable well-being and growth of business in a disruptive and ever-evolving global economy.”
