Kenneth Abela has been appointed new Chief Financial Officer of retail company Dizz Group.

Mr Abela joins the company’s top management team to strengthen and enhance its finance and control function. Dizz Group, which was founded in 2000, represents a variety of high-street and high-end brands, including Terranova, Liu-Jo, Guess, Paul & Shark, Max&Co, and Elisabetta Franchi.

For the past years, Mr Abela has worked primarily in the hospitality sector, having led the finance and control function of a leading group of hotels and other catering establishments in Malta.

He was also entrusted with directorships within the various companies and was instrumental in steering the companies under his responsibilities through key moments such as mergers and takeovers.
