JB Department Stores has announced the passing of long-standing employee and colleague, Helen Darmanin.
In a statement, the company described Ms Darmanin as “not just a valued member of our team, but a kind hearted, dedicated, and inspiring presence in our workplace. Her warmth, strength, and positivity touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
“We will miss her dearly, and our thoughts are with her family and loved ones during this difficult time. May she rest in peace,” the company added.
Following the announcement, tributes poured in from colleagues and customers alike, remembering her caring nature and professionalism. One person wrote: “She was a lovely lady,” while another shared: “So sad to hear she was a very caring saleswoman at JB. condolences to the family.”
Ms Darmanin leaves behind a lasting impact on those who worked with her and the many customers she served over the years.
